Resolution of faults on the local electricity network is the responsibility of your network company. The following is a list of our current service of areas and the network company responsible. Some network companies manage their own call centre. Where this is not the case, then Pulse Energy provides this service for you:
Auckland North/West
Te Hana south to North Shore and Waitakere City. Main centres: North Shore, Waitakere City, Wellsford, Warkworth, Orewa and Whangaparaoa. The network company is United Networks.

Auckland Central and Manukau
Auckland City south to Drury and east to Orere Point. The network company is Vector Limited.
For all faults call 0508 VECTOR (0508 832 867).
Wellington
Porirua, Hutt Valley and Wellington City. The network company is United Networks.
