SmoothPay spreads your electricity payments evenly throughout the year, so you pay the same amount for your power bill each month. This payment option makes budgeting easy, and you can avoid paying higher bills during winter.
To be eligible for the Direct Debit, My Account, SmoothPay or any other promotions with Pulse Energy, you will need to a current Pulse Energy customer and have signed up for the relevant service or promotion.
The prize draw will occur monthly for Direct Debit and My Account. The prize (credit on your electricity account) will be allocated to your next power bill.
The prize winners will be notified via post, phone or email on the week of each draw using the contact details we have been provided on your electricity account.
Pulse Energy’s decisions on all matters, including eligibility of entries and operation of prize draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Customer accounts that are in arrears will not be eligible for any prize draws.
Pulse Energy reserves the right to use the prize winner’s names for publicity purposes.
Employees and contractors of Pulse Energy and their immediate families are not eligible for any of the promotions
Pulse Energy’s standard Terms and Conditions apply to the supply of electricity.
If you are awarded a credit with Pulse Energy you must remain a customer for 6 months. If you leave Pulse Energy within 6 months the credit will be reversed on your final bill.
