Property Power partners with Pulse Energy

Property Power has partnered with Pulse Energy.  As at 1 August 2018, Property Power customers will be transferred from Property Power to Pulse Energy. This is an automated process and your power will not be switched off in the process. 

If you currently pay by Direct Debit, or have Property Power saved as a payee you will need to update your details.

Your Bill

As of September, Pulse Energy will send you your bill each month either by email or post. It will show a break down of charges so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

Direct Debit

If you currently pay by Direct Debit you will need to set this up again by clicking the button below. If you don't currently pay by Direct Debit, and would like to set up this safe and secure way to pay your bill, you can do this by clicking the button below. 

My Account

Pulse Energy have an online service called My Account, where you can view and pay your bills each month. To register for My Account and set up online billing click the button below.

Our Plan has a competitive price. We do not have a prompt payment discount as we have already built this into our pricing. We simply offer you a great price upfront.

Your plan has Price Protection on the Energy Rate for at least 2 years from the date you switch to us. Delivery and Retailer charges are not subject to Price Protection.1

We are making a commitment to protect your Energy Rate for at least 2 years. You can freely terminate with no charge at any time, provided you give us 30 days’ notice.2

No Mark Up

No Mark-Up on Network Services

We will not mark up the Electricity Network Services charges for the entire time you are a customer with us. Your Network Services charges appear on your bill, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.3

By combining your electricity and gas account you will receive our All Energy Discount.


1. Delivery charges include, Network Services, Retailer Services, Metering and the Electricity Authority Levy.
2. If 30 days’ notice is not provided then an Early Termination Fee of $150 will apply.
3. It is not practical to flow through the per kWh Network charges for all networks. For some networks, Network Services charges will be calculated using published prices and other assumptions that allow us to recover network charges across our customer base on your network.
