No Mark-Up on Network Services Charges

We will continue to flow through the electricity Network Services charges for the entire time you are a customer with us. Your Network Services charges appear on your bill so you can see exactly what you are paying for.  This does not apply to GXP networks.

As a customer of solarZero®, you will have access to our NZ based Customer Care Team. Our team strive to provide excellent service by answering calls within
20 seconds and getting it right the first time you call.

** 30 Days notice is required if you wish to change retailers free of charge. If you do not provide 30 days notice then a $150 Early Termination Fee will apply.
