If you are a medically dependent or vulnerable customer, and you think you may have trouble making payments towards your electricity account, you can contact us on 0800 785 733 and appoint an Account Authority. This alternate contact could be a family member, friend or social agency who has agreed to assist you if a disconnection or payment issue is pending. This person can assist you but is not responsible for any payments. You are welcome to have more than one person authorised on your account.
