The Two Months’ Free Broadband offer closed to new applications from 23 October 2026.
These terms continue to apply to customers who signed up under this offer before that date, for the duration of their applicable 24-month minimum term.
For our current offers, please visit our offer terms and conditions page.- These terms and conditions apply to existing residential Pulse Energy customers who added broadband to their electricity account under this offer.
- These terms apply in addition to the Pulse Energy Residential Agreement, which may be amended from time to time and can be found at: pulseenergy.co.nz/terms.
1. Receive Two Months' Free Broadband
This promotion opened on 5 March 2025 and closed on 22 October 2026.
1.1 The Two Months’ Free Broadband offer was available to existing residential Pulse Energy customers who added broadband to their Pulse Energy electricity account online between 5 March 2025 and 22 October 2026.
1.2 This offer is based on a 24-month minimum term.
1.3 Broadband is an add-on product only. You will not be eligible to receive this offer if you are not an electricity customer with Pulse Energy.
1.4 If you cancel your electricity account, your broadband account will be cancelled. Termination fees may apply.
1.5 If the sign-up application succeeds, the value of two months’ broadband (based on your selected plan) will be credited across your next two Pulse Energy bills once billing has commenced.
1.6 Offer is subject to a satisfactory credit check, proof of occupancy and metering check.
1.7 If you terminate or switch away your broadband from Pulse Energy within 24 months of adding broadband to your account, then the cost of your two months' free broadband will be added to your final bill. This means if you leave within 24 months, the value of the broadband offer will be charged back to you.
1.8 If you request a Pulse Energy Modem and leave within 24 months, you will be required to pay a $170 Modem Fee.
1.9 Broadband rates are GST inclusive.

1.11 Pulse Energy reserves the right to cancel or change this promotion at any time.
